Position 1: Social Media Executive

Location: Pune, Maharashtra India. Work-from-home applications will be not be considered

Work days and hours: 6 days working including Sunday, 11 am to 8 pm. Any one weekday will be off, pre-decided as per candidates convenience. And as and when, required for the events.

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with reCharkha’s vision and campaigns.
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos) that tells the story of our products, artisans, and impact.
  • Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and insights to drive improvements.
  • Engage with our community: respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely and authentic way.
  • Coordinate with the design, sales, and operations team to highlight new products, collaborations, and events.
  • Stay up-to-date with sustainability trends, social media trends, and digital marketing innovations

Key ­­Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

Strong storytelling ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, or similar creative software.

Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

Passion for sustainability, environment, and social change.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small team environment.

Position 2: Operations And Accounts-Support Associate

Job Description

An Operations and Accounts-support Manager will oversee entire operations and daily financial activities of reCharkha's manufacturing locations at Pune and Bhor. He/she will support maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and operational requirements to enhance productivity and efficiency of both the manufacturing units. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Purchase of raw materials and oversee raw material
  • Inventory and Vendor management
  • Logistics and Transport Management
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment processing
  • Manage accounts payables to vendors and receivables from customers
  • Monthly bank reconciliations and expense tracking and mapping
  • Prepare financial reports and P&L
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
  • Provide monthly data of TDS, GST, PT to our CA and payment of the same
  • Monthly Payroll Preparation and salary disbursements
  • HR and Labour compliances
  • Company Secretary related documentation
  • Fulfil requirements from Labour consultant, CA and CS office
  • Export shipping documentation
  • NGO related documentation and reports

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Production Enginnering, Commerce, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounting / Finance and Operations preferred, preferably in a SME/ Manufacturing business
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, and basic accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
